Bookings are not confirmed until we receive a completed and signed paper booking form and deposit for the holiday.
Arrival and departure times are 6:30pm and we are based in Battle, East Sussex. Please ensure the dates of your holiday take this into consideration when booking.
Short notice bookings cannot be booked online. Please contact us by phone to enquire about a holiday with arrival in the next 7 days.
Owners are expected to provide any dry food that your pets eat and, in the case of small caged pets, their cage.
